My version of HedgeDoc is: 1.10.1
I’d like to be able to see all the notes associated with me (or some other user for that matter.)
I haven’t been able to find any obvious way to do this; looking at history works partially but is not ideal.

Tracking all notes a user owns is currently (HedgeDoc 1.x) not directly possible. Your notes are tracked on the “History page” but are mixed there with other notes that you opened. In case you need to recover your notes after deleting your history, you can get a zip archive with your notes from the user dropdown menu under “Export user data”.
For HedgeDoc 2.0 we’ll integrate the “Explore page” which is inspired by GitLab and will have multiple tabs to show either only your own notes, notes shared with you or publicly available notes on your instance. This feature is currently being worked on and will be added to the next preview release of HedgeDoc 2.0.
