currently the cards on the overview page are sorted according to “last visited”.
Is it possible to sort according to “last modified”?
My version of HedgeDoc is: 1.9.9

No, this is not possible. But maybe you want to create an issue in our Issue Tracker so that this feature request can be tracked.
